LARGE-SCALE PROJECTIONS
equinox beacon (2019) // 11tHour festival of light and sound
Large-scale animated projections made for St Margaret's church (aka King's Lynn Minster) and St Nicholas's chapel commissioned for the inaugural 11tHour, an experimental festival of light and sound, taking place 11 October 2019.
This work was commissioned by Pi&Mash/Collusion Cambridge and 11tHour festival, made possible with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Discover King’s Lynn, and ACE National and ACE Southeast. Further support by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk,
snowfall on St Nick’s // REVEAL
Animated large-scale projection created as part of monthlong, active reality public-art project REVEAL, commissioned by arts & tech organization Collusion. Original piece projected on Lloyd’s Bank in Tuesday Market Place during a live theatrical performance on 23 December 2018, and on St Nicholas’ Chapel (above) from 23 December to 4 January. Participated in weeklong collective residency in Libušín, Czech Republic to help develop art piece for exhibition at Ars Electronica later that summer. Other participating artists included Theatre of animation art - TAM, Frances Sander, Dmitri Berzon, Sofia Cordoba, Lorenzo Tabacchi, and Sol Carta.
